User Service Agreement

1. Introduction

This Agreement is a legal agreement between you and us regarding the use of the HK Safe IOT APP (hereinafter referred to as "this APP"). Please carefully read all contents of this Agreement before using this APP. Your use of this APP will be deemed as your acceptance of this Agreement.

This APP provides functions such as map positioning, device tracking, device management, store management, employee management, and work order management, which are used for supplier and store equipment management.

2. License and Restrictions

2.1 We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use this APP solely for legitimate business purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

2.2 You shall not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of this APP
• Copy, modify, adapt, or translate any part of this APP
• Distribute, rent, lease, license, or otherwise provide this APP to third parties
• Use this APP for any illegal activities or acts that infringe upon the rights of third parties
• Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of this APP or related servers and networks

3. Map Location Services

3.1 Some functions of this APP rely on location information, including store positioning, device tracking map display, etc. You can enable or disable location permissions at any time in the settings.

3.2 The location information we collect will only be used for:

• Providing store positioning functions
• Optimizing device tracking map functions

3.3 In accordance with Google Play policy requirements, we will request your authorization when you use location-based functions for the first time. You can modify permission settings in your device settings at any time.

3.4 We will not sell your precise location information to third parties, but may anonymize it for service improvement or share it with partners to provide joint services.

4. Data Collection and Privacy Protection

4.1 The data we collect may include:

• Device information: including device model, unique device identifier, etc.
• Location information: as described in "Map Location Services" above
• Usage data: including functions you use, usage time, frequency, etc.
• Business data: store information, equipment data, device information, etc. that you input through this APP

4.2 We will take appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.

4.3 You can view, export, or delete your personal data through the settings function of this APP.

4.4 We will process your data in accordance with Google Play's privacy policy requirements and comply with relevant laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 All intellectual property rights of this APP belong to us or our licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights in respect of intellectual property.

5.2 You retain ownership of the business data you upload through this APP, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, free license to use such data for the purpose of providing services.

6. Disclaimer

6.1 This APP is provided "as is", and we make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness of this APP.

6.2 We shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this APP, unless otherwise explicitly provided by law.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

7.1 The formation, validity, interpretation, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Canada.

7.2 Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation between the parties; if negotiation fails, either party shall have the right to file a lawsuit with the competent court in the location where we are situated.

7.3 This Agreement is subject to and complies with the Google Play Developer Distribution Agreement and its relevant provisions.

8. Other Terms

8.1 This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of this APP, superseding all previous oral or written agreements.

8.2 We may update this Agreement from time to time. The updated Agreement shall take effect upon publication, and your continued use of this APP shall be deemed as acceptance of the modified Agreement.
